Availability of Doctors by Telephone or Electronic Communication

All health issues should be dealt with in a consultation though our doctors are available for urgent health advice if the need arises.

Our reception staff or practice manager are able to assist you in deciding if the issue requires an appointment, a return phone call or email from the doctor or nurse, or if you require immediate urgent attention.

Our doctors do not accept phone calls whilst in a consultation except in the case of an emergency.
